Agilent VISA COM 2.0.0.1        - included with E441x Driver installation
Microsoft HTML Help Viewer      - included with E441x Driver installation

Agilent VISA COM uses the latest versions of VISA from Agilent and other VISA vendors. 
These must be installed separately.
